Program Information

Program Name: Ysbryd Environmental Monitoring Alerts

Program Description: SMS text message alerts notifying you when environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) in your monitored spaces exceed configured thresholds. Alerts help you protect sensitive materials, equipment, or living environments by providing timely notifications.

How It Works

When you subscribe to SMS alerts through your Ysbryd Cloud dashboard:

You will receive text messages when temperature or humidity readings exceed your configured thresholds
Each alert includes the sensor name, current reading, and which threshold was violated
Alerts are sent automatically based on real-time sensor data
You can configure which sensors trigger alerts and set custom threshold values

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on environmental conditions in your monitored spaces. You may receive multiple messages per day during periods of threshold violations, or no messages if all readings stay within normal ranges.

Typical scenarios:

No alerts: When all sensors remain within configured thresholds
Periodic alerts: When conditions fluctuate around threshold boundaries
Multiple alerts: During extended periods of threshold violations (alerts are sent when new readings are received)

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you. Ysbryd Systems does not charge additional fees for SMS alerts, but your mobile carrier's standard rates for text messaging and data usage will apply based on your mobile plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving SMS alerts, you have two options:

Reply STOP to any message from Ysbryd Systems to immediately unsubscribe from SMS notifications
Log into your dashboard at cloud.ysbrydsystems.com/dashboard, go to Settings, and remove your phone number

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS alerts from Ysbryd Systems. You may still receive email alerts if configured.

Your Consent

By providing your phone number and enabling SMS alerts, you consent to receive text messages from Ysbryd Systems related to your environmental monitoring service. You understand that:

Messages are sent via Twilio's SMS platform
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or updating your settings
Your phone number is used solely for alert delivery and will not be shared with third parties

Privacy

Carrier Disclaimer

Ysbryd Systems is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery of SMS messages due to carrier network issues, phone compatibility, or other factors outside our control.

Changes to Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of SMS alerts after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or SMS.
